1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AlignBusiness, including its websites, applications, AI-assisted features, business tools, generated materials, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account. If you use AlignBusiness on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What AlignBusiness provides

AlignBusiness is a business operating and execution platform designed to help founders and businesses organize work, prepare drafts, analyze information, use AI-assisted workflows, and move through business-building tasks. Features may vary by plan, account type, location, or product stage.

AlignBusiness is not a government agency, bank, law firm, accounting firm, registered agent, investment adviser, credit bureau, lender, or other licensed professional service unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses plan limits, access another person’s account without authorization, or attempt to defeat security or access controls.

4. AI-assisted features and generated content

AlignBusiness may use artificial intelligence to analyze information, suggest next steps, generate drafts, summarize business data, or create other outputs. AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or content that is not appropriate for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, filing, publishing, sending, signing, submitting, or relying on it. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and generated content may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

5. Professional and high-stakes decisions

AlignBusiness does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, insurance, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Important legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, employment, credit, and compliance matters should be independently verified with a qualified professional or authoritative source before you act.

Nothing in the service creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, lender-borrower, or similar professional relationship.

6. Business formation, filings, and external actions

AlignBusiness can help prepare information, organize requirements, generate drafts, and guide users through business-building processes. Some actions require your approval, signature, identity verification, payment, or direct action with a government agency or third-party provider.

You are responsible for confirming filing requirements, deadlines, fees, eligibility, and the accuracy of information submitted to government agencies or other third parties. AlignBusiness does not control third-party approval decisions, fees, availability, processing times, or outcomes.

7. Plans, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until canceled. Before a recurring charge begins, the checkout flow identifies the subscription price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, and applicable refund policy. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time to stop future renewals through the Manage Subscription page when available or by contacting support. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of the charge.

We may change plan pricing or features prospectively. If a price change applies to an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice when required by law before the new price is charged.

8. Your content and business data

You retain ownership of the business information, files, text, prompts, and other content you submit to AlignBusiness. You grant AlignBusiness and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use that content to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service and to perform features you request.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide the content you submit. Do not submit another person’s confidential, regulated, or personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

9. Your use of generated deliverables

As between you and AlignBusiness, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use deliverables generated for your account for your lawful business purposes. Your use remains subject to these Terms, third-party rights, and any applicable provider terms.

You are responsible for checking generated names, slogans, images, documents, code, recommendations, or other materials for legal, factual, intellectual-property, regulatory, and commercial suitability before use.

10. Sensitive information

Do not enter full payment-card numbers, bank passwords, private API keys, Social Security numbers, government account passwords, or other highly sensitive credentials into general-purpose prompts or text fields unless a specific feature expressly requests the information and is designed to handle it securely. When a third-party site is required for sensitive verification or payment, use that provider’s secure interface.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use AlignBusiness to:

• violate laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, or the rights of others;
• upload malware, probe or bypass security, gain unauthorized access, overload infrastructure, or interfere with the service;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent authorization to act for a business, or submit fraudulent information;
• use generated content to facilitate fraud, scams, unlawful discrimination, deceptive practices, or other unlawful conduct;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or an applicable written agreement;
• use the service to make fully automated high-stakes decisions about another person where human review or additional legal safeguards are required.

12. AlignBusiness intellectual property and feedback

AlignBusiness and its software, interfaces, branding, workflows, original content, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to AlignBusiness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

13. Third-party services and brand references

The service may link to, integrate with, or reference third-party products, government portals, software, financial providers, or brands. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.

Displaying or referencing a third-party name or logo does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is formally integrated with AlignBusiness unless we expressly state that relationship.

14. Service availability and changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including beta or preview features. We may perform maintenance or take action needed to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, material misuse, unlawful activity, fraud, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations and the cancellation rules for recurring subscriptions.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlignBusiness is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every output, recommendation, integration, workflow, calculation, filing guide, or third-party link will be accurate, complete, current, suitable, secure, or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlignBusiness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of AlignBusiness for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to AlignBusiness for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited only to the minimum extent required by law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AlignBusiness and its operators harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by AlignBusiness’s own unlawful conduct.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate or legally required, additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
