About service providers

AlignBusiness uses specialized service providers to host, secure, operate, support, and deliver platform features. The information a provider processes depends on the feature used and the customer configuration.

Providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to AlignBusiness and under applicable contractual, security, and privacy obligations.

Current core providers

• Vercel — application hosting, deployment, content delivery, and related infrastructure.
• Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and backend platform services.
• OpenAI — AI-assisted product features when a user requests AI processing.
• Stripe — subscription checkout, billing, and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for supported account and service messages.
• Sentry — application error monitoring and diagnostics where enabled.

Data minimization and credentials

AlignBusiness is designed to send providers only the information reasonably needed for the requested service. Private API keys, provider credentials, and privileged service credentials are intended to remain in protected server-side configuration rather than customer-facing code.

Provider changes

Providers and infrastructure may change as AlignBusiness evolves. We will update this page when material core-provider changes are made and provide additional notice where required by an applicable agreement or law.
