Manage your subscription
Open the secure Stripe billing portal to review your subscription, update supported payment details, or cancel future renewals.
CancellationMonthly purchases cover the full month and are non-refundable. Portal cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the period purchased. For early annual cancellation, email support@alignedu.net: we deduct the regular monthly price for each month started and refund any remaining eligible balance. Support processes the early cancellation and refund.
Need help instead?If the billing portal is unavailable or does not show the option you need, email support@alignedu.net from the address associated with your account.
Billing management is provided through Stripe for eligible paid accounts. AlignBusiness does not ask you to send full payment-card numbers by email or through ordinary support messages.
